Air Jet Loom

We use air jet looms as a shuttleless solution to manufacturing. These machines skillfully and precisely weave fabrics through an electronically controlled interface. By using air streams to maneuver yarn, air jet looms have the ability to craft fabrics of all shapes and sizes at strikingly fast speeds.

WaterJet Loom

To maintain top-tier yarn and fabric strength, we use water jet looms as part of our manufacturing process. These innovative machines quickly weave fabric by using high-speed water jets as opposed to physical contact. The water is gentler on fabrics than mechanized looms, upholding fabric quality within the final product.

•  Designed for non-absorbent filament yarns such as acetate, nylon, polyester, and glass
•  Able to carry yarns across a 48 in shed with a .1cm water jet
•  Requires under 2 cubic cm per weft yarn
•  Produces fabric at up to 2,000m of picks per minute

Quality Assurance

We conduct rigorous textile testing to ensure that our fabrics are built to last, safe, and comfortable. In turn, we uphold high quality standards while ensuring that our valued customers are receiving vetted and environmentally safe products upon every delivery.


Our manufacturing process starts with raw material selection. We leverage our in-depth understanding of fabric properties to select the ideal materials for every product. Upon selection, we conduct textile testing to ensure that products meet our high quality assurance standards. We then use ring spinners to twist fibers into yarn, building strands that can be woven using our advanced air jet and water jet looms. Once we’ve built the basic structure for our products, our process deviates into multiple pathways depending on product type.
